This Volvo EX30 is the fastest car for under a mil

Who would have thought that a Volvo, and electric Volvo, would be the fastest car on South Africa's roads for under R1 million? It is crazy to think, right? But anyhoo, here we are. I am all over this EV, even if I am not hugely sold on them.
