That was my thought too. Like wither hoard is OK passive DPS, but euphony would increase the total DPS substantially. I also feel like on prismatic song of flame would be better too, but that’s just my opinion.

Doesn't really mix well together IMO. Both work off your abilities and euphony needs to stack up stacks to ramp up damage so best case scenario you would probably use up euphony first and then work with what you have for the rocket. But personally I think if you wanted to use euphony you'd spec into that primarily with a recon rocket

I got a crowning duologue build that has bipod and graverobber in the 3rd column, and bait and switch in the 4th column. It lets you switch from bipod to graverobber and you keep all the extra rockets from the bipod o_0

I am saving a reconstruction and deconstruct role. It’s quite good to fire 3 tracking rockets. Also the hakke origin trait deals more damage to vehicles. So I guess this rocket could be quite good for vehicles, assuming deconstruct and hakke origin trait stacks.

You could use prismatic with Coldsnap + Facet of Ruin, timing would be different tho, cuz you need to throw grenade before so it has time to travel to the target and freeze it to get the reload Stassis Turret could work too, but timing would be even more chaotic

You don't have ascent reloading your rockets off the grenade though. and command has a massive cooldown so that wouldn't work either

You can still try recon+bait and roll it with Euphony Proc bait ans Switch then keep shooting rockets and reload using your nades Switch to Euphony when you used up all your nades for reloading rockets

This I think is mostly for pairing with euphony, instead of witherhoard. Dump all rockets first while stacking up your spindle, then use euphony with already high stacks. Otherwise I think there are better options.

You could run it with euphony but Euphony on its own would give you better results IMO otherwise I don't think you'd get to use all of your rockets in a damage phase and switch to euphony in the middle to get some benefits from euphony before a damage phase is over At that point I think its better to just go pure euphony to maximize x25 shots for damage

Witherhoard is better since it does tick damage while you’re rocket dumping while euphony is best used when also ammo dumping which doesn’t really work if you’re dumping rockets

I’ll be honest… 4 mil damage isn’t too much different for warlock than prismatic and star eaters… plus dragons breath or micro. I’ve one phased the same grasp ogre using nova bomb star eater. Never been a fan of strand nor needle storm. I see the build though, it is very good but not being a strand fan and prismatic existing now it doesn’t seem worth the loss of prismatic features. Good video regardless, very informative. You earned a sub.

Eh...Crowning Duologe is promising but its not for what most folks think its promising for... Crowning Duologes main perk combo that makes it the best strand rocket for damage is the fact that it can get double perk columns in the 3rd and 4th column and this includes Air Trigger and Bipod. Both these perks increase reserves massively without the need for reserve mods on rally. Then it can be swapped to a dps setup in the form of reconstruct and bns for better total damage/dps than the current best strand rocket which is Semiotician. The heavy ammo conversion tech is also back abd shoukd work with thus rocket. Rally/collect with bipod to 14+ ammo (2+ reserve mods), then swap off bipod to your other col4 perk and take off reserve mods. You can now swap to any heavy and retain full ammo. These are the main benefits of the rocket damage wise and its only really a game changer for Master/Surge Specific activities for Strand or Day 1 Raids potentially.

you kinda contradict your own point here. doing all that swapping just to end on recon/bait & switch won't do you any good as you won't get all your rockets off in time as you are either swapping to a different weapon and waiting for recon or you're staying on the rocket and manually reloading 1 by 1 and at that rate you're just treating it as if you'd be using an apex or CC and getting off 8-9 rockets if that but then it being a weaker frame than those puts you at a disadvantage.

My point is Crowning is more ideal as a total damage rocket "all that swapping is alot of ammo" which is great for total damage purposes or in encounters where ammo is scarce. Or in the offchance you're fighting a moving boss like Rhulk then it's just BiS. Recon and BnS is literally the better overall roll that doesn't require you to play Strand or Prismatic Warlock to use as well for damage. This comment isn't meant to say it's higher dpsand do more damage in shorter phases. And as you said those other rockets will have higher dps no matter what. The main strength of this rocket just is infact the total amount of shots. Wether or not you get all your rockets off anyhow is dps context dependent since in a phase like the Witness or Warpriestyou have more than enough time to get off every rocket. But sure for most contexts you're not going to its still great for ammo and total damage for encounters longer than or consisting of more than 1 phase

Yeah, gold bounties. Doing bonfire is a scam,, you'll get mostly bows and even if you get a rocket it won't have multiple perks but gold bounties do.

Somewhat depends on certain bosses (short or long phases) hunters are still goldie + still hunt + rockets titans are twilight arsenal + either void setup w/ star eaters/eternal warrior & edge transit or a hazerdous propulsion setup w/ rockets Warlocks warlocks are prob star eater nova + rocket or void weapon w/ the current artifact plus some niche choices like for example you can just slap on whisper vs oryx or the witness and smash them with just that.

@@FYATroll I see what you mean but he was talking about stat rolls for the armour I've gotten some great spikey rolls as high as 68 which for people who don't do higher end content is pretty time consuming to get but if you already have good stuff the event can be skipped for the most part
