OUCH! Fourty years ago I had Land Rover that I would have done that with. Today's Jeeps are SO expensive! For the price of a Recon you'd hope a wrap was included to give some protection. Are limb riser cables that go from the front fender to the leading edge of the roof in the near future? Just very curious, not being critical.
@NorthBoundExpeditionsАй бұрын
@@richardguse3410 I hear you!!! That would be amazing to have wraps come on these jeeps!! I used to have limb risers. Well I still have them just don’t run them anymore. They work ok for better visibility out the windshield but they don’t prevent any scratches. In this type of trail, they wouldn’t do anything. Some of my older videos (trail from hell for example) you can see how they work.

I agree the cost of new is crazy. I wrapped my new one when I got it in 2021 before taking it on trails. After that, it’s totally fine. After all, if I spend the money, it’s to get enjoyment and memories out of it. It’s a means to an end. A good used one however is absolutely a great option and makes it easier to take it on trails.
