You could've saved the cards. My mom got rid of so much of my stuff for whatever reason. (I know the reason but it doesn't matter) But what made me pissed at her and not want to talk to her more than anything was her selling my cards. Had 1st edition Charizard Blastoise Venusaur, had all 3 god cards from Yu-Gi-Oh Plus all exodia pieces and final destiny board pieces that if I got to keep I would be pretty well off right now. So if your kids started getting cards again leave them alone and don't touch them. They will grow up and not like you for selling them on them or forcing them to sell them. Put them in a binder and it doesn't take much room up. Be a great parent not just a good one

@@mathiasm8489 the glare on the cards is different , almost in a way that makes it look stripey, you can see on the rainbow cards. and some others are obviously fake, all just knowing what to look for , its pretty obvious and not small detail changes like other cards like sports.

I say the binder was worth around $150-$200, holos easily rack up, at typically $10 or $20 or $5 for your average rare.

What world do you live on, this binder is at most 130 dollars and that is because of the Deoyxs and Espeon are 20 dollars and so it the giratina and garchomp, no AVERAGE rare goes for more then two dollars and holo's vary widely depending on age. You are not getting 20 dollars for one after 2009-2010 or at least from this binder

Without a doubt, i have had a lot of fake cards before (not that you need to see more than 1 or 2 fake cards to know) the rares were around ten cents so and the rest other then trainers were no more then that, i should have mentioned i did calculate all of the trainers that were playable in one of three formats, this being GLC (Gym Leader Challenge, a format that has been picking up in popularity), Expanded, and standard. I might have been shy of 5 dollars so MAYBE 135 but still not 150. And yes i did do the necessary research to backup my argument which is always what should be done, kinda cringe to do it on a youtube video but i do want to practice what i preach; Either way it is not 150-250 and holod don't go for ten/piece which was mostly what the comment disproved

@@PhillyPhlipper Look, if I was buying legitimate trading cards from a kid, I would open up TCG trader, I would show him kinda the value, I would point out the condition of the cards, and I would offer him roughly 80-75% for what TCG trader was offering. That is a decent profit margin and you're not screwing over a little kid. Plus you're teaching him how to gauge value. This whole, "What do you want me to do about it, man?" schtick works on adults who should know better. Not little kids. Be a decent human to kids, man.

The kid with the Pokémon cards, I would say everything including the binder would be like maybe 300 at least. (I’m not experienced in prices) but the binder looks about 50 bucks, and the cards inside, if in good condition and all real, could be worth some good money. All the megas can stack up in value if they are in good condition. Some megas go for 500 dollars just themselves when being graded a 10. So I would say max for the everything in the binder 600.
