Salaam coach. This principle exists in Ancient Greek training - called a Tetrades. The importance is training every day. Having a mindful approach to training helps develop an intuition which makes working out more pleasurable and beneficial. No need to always hammer oneself.

I had a question and I believe you answered it. I’ll ask it just to ensure that there is not more to explore. Context: I’m turning 50, I have a background in competitive WTF Taekwondo, and am currently a BJJ blue belt. I have set a goal to compete at the Master Worlds in Vegas. I train about 7-8 x a week BJj, gym twice a week and I have your back and knee program. Question, you how do you distinguish between when you can push yourself physically and when to not? I often lean into additional rolling to be in the fatigue state because I feel it is good mental training. How do you tell the difference between a hood push and an unhealthy push? Trying ti create a winning system that will help me level up. I like your sequence of 3 on 1 light. Yet, we have a natural disposition to lean into comfort. I intentionally lean towards discomfort- but want to know how to tell when I’m leaning too far. OSS.🙏

A game, and life changer for me has been your video about "creating a habit". It fitted my personnality so much. Like you said, I avoided falling into the trap like a lot of people, which is being too serious about it right away , pretending and lying to myself, then quitting after 2 months...It all starts with stretching for few minutes, shadow boxing for 2 minutes, sometimes 15, sometimes 4, don't care. But EVERYDAY. Now I can go all-in on the punching bag or spar for several rounds easy. Makes all the difference in the world when you spar or do drills with partners, because your technique and your intentions can translate.

Coach Firas, you promised that you will do a deeper dive into determinism vs free will. Can you please do a more detailed video on that brother? If Allah(one/indivisble perfection) is infinite then no finite will can exist? Then how is there any free will? I experience this free will thru”Heart”(moral law within)?
