Probable cause isn't required for traffic stops, only for arrests and searches. Reasonable suspicion is the legal standard for traffic stops and detaining someone. You're correct otherwise as the stop wasn't justified, just wanted to make that quick correction

If you buy a retired police car they’re either required to remove all equipment and lights or they make the lights non-functional, most people don’t buy police vehicles to just drive them around for fun for it does make sense why he’d be pulled over

It’s funny, I feel like this isn’t the first time that she’s done that kind of thing either. Like there’s been other officers nearby to stop her from overstepping in other videos, but she doesn’t seem to know US laws super well. I’ll have to go through and find the few examples of it but I know this type of thing has happened with her before.

That’s just the difference between actual trained law enforcement officers vs role players who essentially just know the basics as they didn’t spend months in an academy
