Hi Em, I also have food tolerances which make eating out, especially on holiday, a bit tricky. It can be embarrassing interrogating restaurant staff about ingredients but I guess the menu would be huge if they listed them all! The worst culprit for me is oil, which chefs seem to love drenching everything in and it makes me so ill. I hope you have an amazing holiday & cannot wait to see the vlog xx

It could be the smallest thing you might not even have considered so best let the clinicians get to the bottom of it 👍🏻p.s I went skiing when I was 14,hated it but think I could manage the apres ski now😂xx

Yes been skiing can’t wait see your vlog. I’m actually going to Snowdome tomorro tomorrow to keep my ski legs. I went to Bavaria skied there and still got master parallel turns

Yes otherwise I don’t ski till my Nxt ski hol and that’s a year or maybe more and hate becoming a beginner all over again!! So thought if I did it every two months it will keep my ski legs 😅. Yes Bavarian alps were lovely 😻

Your blow dry looked great! Such a shame about the weather. I don’t know if you have ever considered that your hair could be naturally wavy. I noticed in the salon it looked wavy when it was wet. It’s similar to mine in texture (I always thought I had naturally frizzy hair and my blow dries were always destroyed by rain) but turns out it’s actually wavy. There is a whole curly/wavy girl hair movement that I followed initially when I started wearing mine like that but now I just wash and condition and then scrunch in mousse or gel when it’s wet and diffuser dry or air dry. Then you scrunch out the ‘crunch’ . A classic sign of wavy hair is hair that goes frizzy/wavy underneath in heat on holiday! In the curl community they say frizz is a wave/curl waiting to happen! I no longer fear the rain ☔️

I have the exact same reaction if I eat anything that contains bananas. It is a very severe intolerance. So easier to say it’s an allergy. Hope you can identify your cause and easily avoid it. Hope you feel better soon.

Hi Em just wondered if you have ever considered bio resonance feedback / food sensitivity testing? I did it here in Glasgow at Jan de Vries clinic it was £60 and they discovered I had a wheat allergy (which didn’t show up when I got my blood tested at the GP). I just checked there are a few places in London that do it (London Natural Therapies / the holistic club etc ) it’s honestly been life changing! 💕 x

@@Emshelx It’s electrodes which they put on you (it’s completely painless) and they check your whole system for vitamin deficiencies, food intolerances etc. I was a bit of a non believer but I know a few people who have had it now and it’s incredible! Honestly its worth doing if you can’t quite pin point what may be upsetting your system x

@@Emshelx apparently I was told you are more likely to have food allergies if you have skin issues. I have sun allergy and really sensitive skin so that’s probably why
