@JBATahoe definitely not. When Sean made mention of hunter making the braket better by shaping it like a triangle for better weld. And he even caught Paul about to mount something that would have not allowed the bolt to be pulled afterwards and he showed sean how to re install the header on the FJ. Just 3 quick examples he definitely acts a little goofy but he's definitely paying attention

@@MilesHolt yeah he definitely surprised me when he remembered exactly how the header came out and how it needed to be positioned to go back in there. He's Definitely learning a lot more than he lets on!!👌

Matt's Off-Road is still a great channel I kinda wish Ed was in more videos but I also understand he isn't as young as he used to be. I agree things with Tom are just different, I like Tom don't get me wrong but it's definitely different. Some of the "family" wholesomeness has diminished and it seems more entertainment driven but it's still a great channel IMO. don't get me wrong Fab rats and the Cox gang remind me more of my family if we had the money to do the stuff they do but I'm a redneck so I'm drawn to rednecks

Tip for hunter, use arc droid to cut holes for plug welds as well to save some work.

I'm a Dodge Dakota fan from the old days. I loved em since the early 1990s. To see em still in existence on the roads and my owning one is a beautiful thing. Cherish it, its one of the final square body Trucks ever made and the Very Very First Mid Size Pickup trucks and the First Truck to feature Rack and Pinion steering. It was Innovative for the time. I had mine since the 90s and she needs restoration some body and paint work 😢

personaly , i would have treated that rust first before fitting any rock sliders . wire wheel it or better yet flappy disk it then rust blocker , stopper, preventer type of thang ....you know what i mean , i know its a rock crawler , but even so ....

Hunter, if you pull welder away a little, leave a longer wire stick out when gap filling. The weld will run colder and allow you to bridge the gap!

This was without a doubt and I absolutely awesome video for a few reasons. The split screen number one!! and when I saw Paul driving the BRODOZER, that was it!! That was it without a doubt!! It fits him like a glove my wife said!! because of Paul’s personality and his wife’s personality!! they definitely need one of these. And the side plates / rocker panels, 😊❤❤Call them what you will, The guys welded on the Dakota look outstanding!! overall, this video most definitely easily wins, an A+!!! Lol 😆 A+. MOST-DEFINITELY!!
