How do you recommend personalizing your daily activity goals with your watch? (In order to close the rings) I want to be sure I am actively updating them to be realistic daily goals if that makes sense but I don’t really know where to start with setting those…. Thank you for this informative video also :)

You just have to set a goal that’s attainable yet slightly challenging for you. For me that’s 500 cals, 45 mins exercise and 6 hours of stand. Often time I hit 200% of the goal so it’s pretty great. For me that works, for you it could be a bit hard. You need to find your sweet spot.

Expanding the health benefits of the watch (how it positively influences your fitness habits) is hard to explain to someone until they use it, especially if they have an iPhone (because you can’t use it without an iPhone anyway). If you have an iPhone, Apple Watch is basically the most effective solution. If you primarily want a fitness tracker then don’t get an Apple Watch or a Fitbit - Get a Garmin. Nothing beats it. If you want a smartwatch that can also track your fitness, then get an Apple Watch. Unless you’re a Samsung phone user in which case the Samsung Gear may be a better option.
