We like to make it easy when it comes to identifying snakes. Red bellied black snakes are black with a red belly, eastern brown snakes are brown and found in the east, king brown snakes are also brown (although technically they are black snakes), green tree snakes are green, tiger snakes have stripes and diamond pythons have a diamond pattern on their scales. Ryan, The washing machine is what we call a "Front Loader" The two dumb-arses parked in the disability spots do not have disability signs which are normally displayed in the front bottom left of your windscreen. They were parked illegally. Also the antennas are for their cb radio's, the longer they are the better the bandwidth and a dual installation will increase the effective range approximately 25% over a single antenna installation. As for the K-Mart trolley ... it is quite normal for people to shop at one store and then take the trolley to another store and pick up a few items to save a few trips to the car. The camera's are now picking up weather things are being scanned and payed for at the registers which is what has happened to the person with items in the K-Mart trolley. The customer would have to get the checkout supervisor of the register area to clear the registers warning notice to allow them to pay and also to leave the register area because there is also a gate that won't open if you haven't paid for goods. Security is higher than it used to be.

In Australia, we have a lot of shopping centres (malls) that usually have 2-3 supermarkets, a couple of big department stores, many speciality shops, a chemist, newsagent, hairdressers, jewellers, food court (where you can stop and eat) and nail salons etc. It literally is a one stop destination to get all the shopping you need. You use the same trolley throughout the shopping centre, doesn't matter if it's a coles trolley, big w trolley etc. In the end they all go in trolley bays at the carpark and trolley collectors that take the right trolleys back to their destination.

As I said under another comment up thread, many of us are willing to pay a small fee for the permit with the money going to the salary of even part time people to actually fine people. Under the Commonwealth Constitution of Australia, local issues such as bushfires and floods within a state are strictly state matters. The Federal Govt, led by the Prime Minister, has to wait to be asked to join the effort. That is usually some emergency declaration that frees up Fed money so states can pay for any actions on accommodation, food, medical services, etc. Also use of Federally owned emergency equipment like water drop planes can be requested. This is why ScoMo was not rushing in re bushfires, because he was waiting for stubborn selfish state premiers to request Fed help. They wanted to make him look bad & didn’t want to lose their spotlight. Same with Albo during floods. It’s up to state premier to ask for Fed help. States are very protective of their bailiwick and reject Fed interference.

Disabled papers are often on the dashboard, but young people do sometimes ignore the notices. The car on the right has Red P Plates = Provisional Licence and subject to restrictions, so for him, parking there could cost him $400 and the loss of his licence.

When parked in a disabled parking spot you have a disabled sticker/form (held by a suction cup) you can/are supposed to display on your dashboard. In relation to the crickets: She appears to be in a public bathroom. I'm guessing they're there for the water.

I've seen many red bellies in the bush. I used to think I was safe by wading in creeks but one day I saw a red belly slither into the water and swim away. I wasn't so confident after that.

My first close encounter with a red belly I was walking down a creek. Lifted my foot to step to the next stone and the red belly swam right under it. I also had one visit my pond each summer to swim around catching frogs.

Definitely not disabled drivers - neither has displayed the blue card on their front windscreen/on their rear vision mirror that entitles them to park in those bays. Very occasionally I'm tempted to become a vandal with a screwdriver puncturing tyres.... .

DIM SIMS (some call them Dim Sums) are actually very tasty. You can steam them or deep fry them. I prefer fried. Haven’t tried air frying so can’t speak for that method. But I think it should work. Try it. You’ll be pleasantly surprised 😋😋😋

A P plate indicates the driver has a "provisional" licence, meaning they have restrictions on what they can do.

Vehicles that travel in dune country will place flags on extended poles to alert other drivers of their presence to avoid head-on accidents.

There are Yellow Belly & Red Bellied Black snakes. Thier belly colour defines them as they're identical on thier backs. Browns can also be quite black. Reptiles are like chameleons. They change colour to suit thier environments.

Just a quick note about the "big brother" topic. It is not just Woolies... In fact all of Australia is under surveillance. And a lot of it is to do with the government. Some areas like the poppy fields in Tassie and pine gap in NT/SA are under high security surveillance via satellites. Australia is just part of one "big brother project"
