This is the softest wholemeal bread I have ever baked. If you prepare it the same way, you will never bake your wholemeal bread any other way again!
This bread is softer than fresh from the bakery.
❗️Recipe❗️
500g wholemeal flour (spelt or wheat)
450 ml water
2 tsp dry yeast
1.5 tsp salt
Bake at 220 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes with the lid on, then finish baking for 15-20 minutes without the lid.
If you want to use fresh yeast, use a maximum of 1/4 of the cube!
