I'll show you why this homemade bread is tastier than pizza!
The perfect meatless lunch that everyone will love. You'll want to make it again and again! Incredibly easy and delicious recipe.

📋 INGREDIENTS:
Dough:
300 ml lukewarm water (about 1 1/4 cups)
2 tsp dry yeast (about 7 g or 1/4 oz)
1 tbsp sugar (about 12 g or 1/2 oz)
425 g all-purpose flour (about 3 1/3 cups)
1 tsp salt (about 6 g or 1/5 oz)
60 ml olive oil (about 1/4 cup)
Herb filling:
5-8 tbsp olive oil (about 75-120 ml or 1/3-1/2 cup)
Rosemary (to taste)
Thyme (to taste)
Basil (to taste)
Oregano (to taste)
5-6 garlic cloves (about 25-30 g or 1 oz)
Sprinkle with chili flakes and marjoram
Bake:
Bake in a convection oven at 200°C (about 400°F) for 20 minutes.

I would be tempted to add some chopped sun-dried tomato to the herb and oil mixture before it is put on the bread.

Absolutely beautiful, I could get stuck into that. Looks similar to Ook Ook where you punch in torn peeled tomatoes with thyme and salt and of course the olive oil. We get away from tradition and add some bacon bits and some cheese , nom nom nom. Hi Anna from South Australia!

@Einfache-Rezepte we cheat by getting bread dough from the local bakery and do what you done, the fluffier, softer the better. Not all bakeries bread dough is the same. Plenty of oil top and bottom and we make it in a baking dish. OMFG, it's always a hit at parties, here anyway. I hope to see your version, if you dare. Don't make a video if you don't like it xxx
