It will be another PVP version of UO. Thats all. It may draw players from OL but thats it. All the people that hate PVP will not want to play this server.

It certainly may not adhere to those that don't like having pvp as an option. However, it's got alot more to it than just pvp. Full unique map, custom masteries, custom housing, etc etc.

@@ksfixitmangaming617 As I said, it's not going to be for everyone, but as far as having the possibility to be a best pick for MOST im super confident that UOSagas is going to be a fan favorite to really bring the UO Nostalgia people always crave from the game. We both know finding a spot you love to play is what's important and I'm glad you've found your spot =)

This is your opinion and I respect that, but let's get real for a second. People who hate pvp are the MINORITY of the UO community... UO has always and always will involve pvp, risk vs reward and for the MAJORITY of the UO community the game isn't the same without it. So pretty sure Sagas will do just fine with all their custom content, fresh custom map and revamped systems compared to a cloned server with the same old content and no pvp.

Would love to see an Outlands-level shard (new map, new mechanics, etc.) that has limitations to PvP. Allows for those that enjoy PvP to have their place, but while limiting the PK impact on non-PvPers (or at least when they don't feel like PvPing, and just want to grind some stuff out).

A custom map isn't what makes a good shard, systems do, again, I don't see any major system that is outside the base game, seems more like the custom map is the only thing that will make this server different then others!

i dont understand how you think as far as end game pvm is concerned how uo sagas is gonna compete with the aspect and mastery chain now redline systems outlands have??? like who wants to just gm skills then thats it lol you have to have an end game rich set of mechanics or i promise the server will die hope it the best tho

and side note nobody wants to spend weeks punching themselves in the nuts struggling to gm anything especially crafting in uo.....its outdated and feels bad to do

will there be items (like artifacts or rares) that increase your chances in pvp? if so, its a no go for me. back in the days pvp was simple because you only needed very little stuff to compete.

No worries! There are no items (except the magic weapons you know) or abilities (except those from uor pvp like stun, disarm or special weapon blows) or other pvm related mechanics that boost your pvp power!
