Hello, i always watch your videos repeatively everyday. Yesterday i practiced your jab videos, and the upercut combos with hook ending, i saw it in one of your videos I recorded the practice and i just want to ask if i can upload it and if you can check what i so wrong? Although i noticed in the end of the record, when i feel fatigue, i tend to put my hands down, and also i made my punches being telegraph

Hey Tony, I can’t say enough about how much I like your style and your presentation. I once had a Wing Chun teacher that also showed us some basic boxing, but I learned more from you in 20 min. than any of that. I can’t imagine what regular 20 min. practice sessions will produce. I thank you greatly for that. Definitely subscribed.

Video suggestion : how to combine weight training with boxing. Since I usually do my warmup, all body weight training and finish the session with 1x3 mins of shadow boxing followed by 3x3 mins on the heavy bag. Thank you so much for great content 🙏

Feinting is the most fun part of boxing I realised after trying it out in my last workout. Seing an opponent taking a feint leaving an opening.

Thank you so much for the video ♥️ I think feints are essential it can enable a counter from the opponent, it can show you a defensive move from your opponent to exploit or it can show that your opponent doesn't react to your feint, so you can throw your technique because he doesn't react

Hi Tony, I fought in an ultra white collar event on the weekend for charity and ended up losing 🥴 as much as it was the best thing I’ve ever done I think the reason I lost was the adrenaline dump I had from the nerves getting in the ring! Is there any advice you can give on training for that or any tips to help it as I’m thinking of doing it again!
