I've been following you since your workouts in your basement. I was in the best shape of my life 10 years ago then around 2015 I tried keto and gained weight. Feeling so discouraged, I let myself go. I steadily gained 30 lbs over the past 10 years. And now I'm dealing with atrophy in my inner thighs and upper arms.
