@@Sanjid_me Okay and it's 2--2 at Monte Carlo. My point being that just because it's clay or HC does not mean it's a players favorite court. PC at RG is Nadal's favorite court to play on. Djokovic's favorite court to play on is RLA at the AO and they have played a grand total of 2 matches there. Djokovic won both of those matches. If Nadal was as good at AO as Djokovic has been at RG they would have a lot more than two matches there and their H2H would look a whole lot different in that scenario.

For those bringing the fact nadal won 11/18 of their encounters in gs, let me tell you why this stat is meaningless (h2h stats are meaningless most of the time in tennis) : There are 4 grand slams tournaments, and Nadal met Djokovic 10 Times (of 18) in only one of them : Rolland Garros. Nadal won 14 Rolland Garros, and Djokovic (who was highly ranked nearly everytime) met him 10 times which just means that Djokovic (the N2 strongest clay player of their Era), was strong enough to meet Nadal in the later parts of the tournaments 10 times. On the other hand : Djokovic won 10 oa and 7 Wimbledon, and Nadal only met him 5 Times in this TWO GRAND SLAMS. Which just means Nadal wasn't good enough to reach to Djokovic in those tournaments (at least, not as good as novak in french open). To make it simple : if Novak was way worse than he was in french open, and lost in the early tours of the tournament, hé could have won 5-3 in grand slams against Nadal, never meeting him AT Rolland Garros. That's why those restrictive h2h records are just meaningless (and not only in this case). Still, the best tennismen of all time, and i hope besides the pointless wars, you all enjoyed their rivalry as much as i did.
