It's a good routine, but I advice my fellow fitness freaks to compliment their workouts with good eating habit and nutrition. It will make your result look like magic.

@GenesisGems you dont got to "expand" nothing... train as hard as you can, always try to go a lil further and eat just quality food, just good food. If you feel sore try to think more in how much you sleep. And if you stretch based on the intensity of your training. What im trying to say is dont worry about how much calories cuz the numbers in the package gonna lie, if you eat only good food and the porcion that your body needs im sure you going to have a great body

@GenesisGems bro I think I have an idea of what you're trying to achieve. But when you say high amount of calories, it doesn't mean high amount of food. Most times, amount of calories doesn't depend on the size of the food. Their are some junk foods that contain hell lots of calories, even in a small portion. But I will advice you to go the healthy fat route, avocados, nuts, peanut butter, eggs, chicken breast, olive oil etc can play a major role when bulking, irrespective of your stomach size.

I’m age 42, 5’11, 205lbs. I’ve been doing this workout along with some of Chris Heria’s ab-workouts (via KZbin) EVERYDAY and started seeing results in 3 weeks. I don’t eat meat, jog 15-20 miles a week and juice fast for 5 days once a month.

If your abs are hurting that's means you are not doing enough abs exercises they shouldn't be hurting if you are doing them regularly

I agree with the general consensus in this group. Let's not forget eating well and reducing your body fat somewhere between 14% and 17% for men and a little higher for women. Not to mention the cardio required to get to these body fat levels if you are not already there. Thanks for the video!

Every body is different. When someone says 6 pack typically most people have a 6 pack so use common knowledge to connect the dots.
