25 pull-ups, 50 deadlifts (135lbs), 50 pushups, 50 box jumps (60cm), 50 floor wipers (135lbs), 50 clean and press (35lbs), 25 pull-ups. In that order, with those weights.

I tried this challenge back in 2007 in Afghanistan and from what I can remember there is 3 different levels, beginner, intermediate and advanced. This has to be advanced lol. Everything looked good but next time on the deadlifts it might make them easier if you use a little bit more legs by squatting to touch the bar to the floor and also trying to keep the back straighter. Only saying that because you asked but I definitely don't have the endurance to complete something like this now lol good work bro.

That is an insane fast time for this workout, but I've never seen anyone do it where they jumped around from station to station so much. Usually they just finished each eyxcersice before moving on.

the actors did all 50 reps of each exercise before moving to the next,its more difficult but its better, great work though !!

It's kind of a low weight, a strong dude like him should be able to do it with proper form plus listen to what he said on the end of the video. I know he's a calisthenics guy which is why I point it out... not trying to be a dick ;d
