Listen to him! My ex didn't leave me, I stopped seeing him cause he felt like he loved someone else. I let him have that and went no contact. He was constantly calling me and I wouldn't answer until the last time, and I told him to never contact me again. He's now begging to get back, asking if he can come over and see me, and I told him no! Sir we're gonna stand on business, go be with that other girl you felt like you loved more thwn than me. It will take 4 women to equal 1 me. Make these people stand on what they created, don't take them back!

my ex was very toxic/controlling/manipulative/cheater. I did all these things but don’t want them back. They never begged me back because I didn’t chase and that’s what they wanted because there too messed up in the head and don’t like rejection. Don’t ever try to get a toxic ex back. the games they play will always be better than yours. they already seeing someone else when they leave

Great advice! I went no contact immediately but I still tried to play the social media game by posting a lot and it probably came across as trying too-hard to impress her. I'm still posting but my energy has definitely shifted from trying to make my ex regret breaking up with me, to just joyfully expressing myself to the world. Since my energy and focus shifted I've had multiple beautiful and high value women in my orbit reach out to ME to flirt, and one childhood friend even confess her love to me! And she's better than my ex in every way! I now am facing the difficult decision of CHOOSING which amazing woman I want to be with next hahaha

I have gone no contact and blocked my ex 6 weeks ago, because he told me that he was contemplating going back with his ex-wife. I broke up with him immediately, I told him that there is no 3rd chance, and I was moving on. He has not tried to reach out to me, it hurts because I feel he does not care but it is best to help me move on.

I've been watch your videos lately, especially after the post you placed about the scars. Me and my ex broke up at the and of april. It took me untill second week of may to go full no contact. She broke it twice now in then. But still no meet up even tough she agreed to that last time. It won't matter anyway. Im not done doing the work quite yet. So i'm glad s we didn't meet up. On top of that you are so right mr goldman. Dumpers usualy dont do the work. We broke up 2 before. One from my end on wich i did not do the work. The second was mutual on wich we knew really neede to work on things. When you don't know where to start or if you actually don't know if you've healed enough getting back is the same as a rebound. No she broke up. Probably still not understanding what it is she actually needs to work on. And if that's the case why even bother trying again. Thank you for your wonderful content.

She can always take it back. That's perfect actually. Because when you think of breaking no contact you will go to jail. So makes it even easier to not do it. You now have a reason to not. Is what it is man. Live your life. She did you a favor. But the judge won't sign that unless she had legitimate reasons to present that.

My situation is horrible. I do no contact but I work with her and she's my boss. So I have to interact with her. After 7 years she left me and started a long distant relationship with her daughters father. Acted like I didn't exist. Are relationship was toxic because she is an alcoholic. She also lost her eldest daughter and never received help which I begged her to do. Lately she's been calling me drunk and acting suicidal. I ignore most calls but the suicidal ones and tell her to get help. I know I shouldn't care for her but 7 years is a long time and we went through a lot together. It's been a month and half since are breakup. Trying to stay strong and keep sane because I have to see and interact with her at work

@silas213 I am in the same position as you! My ex and I just broke up, 2 months ago now. We have been together for 10 years. He is my boss. I have to face the torture everyday of seeing him, it breaks me. Of course I still want him back, but he is very stubborn and likes to play victim. He accused me of cheating when I wasn't. I just got told by him last Friday he has met someone ( a past lover) has just reconnected with him and he says wanted to let me know himself before I see it. I don't want to see him in the office with this new woman. It's long distance for now their relationship, they traveling back and forth. He replaced me a month after a 10 year relationship, talk about a slap in the face. He blocked me everywhere, saying he is hurting and trying to be in a new relationship to move on from me. So I don't need to block him I guess, he beat me to it. I'm trying to find a new job, because I know I will break if I see him bring his new girlfriend in the office to flaunt her in front of me.

Hello, thank you for your video. How is it working if you still lived with them together and they now moving out since 2 weeks. He will be gone on wednesday. Is nc then starting wednesday? Lets say they broke up cause they want to have kids and you don’t. How are you gonna fix this? If you want em back and heal then block em for couple months or once youve stopped caring and you dont get a dopamine hit wen finking of em then unblock but dont reach out, if you want to heal and you dont want em back at all then block and never unblock, if she reaches out n breadcrumbs you reblock for another couple mths, shell soon learn not to waste your time!

I fought for 5 years to keep the relationship afloat due to my love for her. Always compromising myself, to then become lost, to then be stabbed in the heart and be monkey branched upon. What a fool am I. I went radio silent. Yet, this is not about HER to regret me, it's for ME to grow and become that one that was regrettably tossed away if we ever even saw each other again. Hopefully we never do in public. But I want to be THE regret, not IN regret. Time to take my energy and power back to love myself. Thank you coach. I understand you.
