@@SyncronedStuff Settings - Video - Advanced - Motion Blur and Intensity to have it on while playing. Replays can also be post-processed with in game replay tool to add effects, including motion blur.

These replays are rendered by the game, so it can just render far more frames to create real motion blur, instead of it being a fake effect

Nah - some bugs should be fixed and it's fair that records exploiting those bugs are invalidated. Not sure if this was one of them but certain bugs definitely are.

The uber bug is quite hard to obtain and control. These bugs would probably brake the game as people would try to use them in any map

What do they do with maps created using the bug? Do those maps get deleted? Do ALL the maps during that patch? Do they just have to reprove its possible without the bug? Do they just get left online?

No it's really not, uber bug is a physics bug, this is a bug caused by some information not getting properly reset during car transitions. One is just how the math plays out, the other is the program doing something fundamentally wrong, it's really surprising that this didn't cause a crash

@gwentarinokripperinolkjdsf683 it kind of is. An uberbug isn't just how the maths plays out its a miscalculation when doing a bugslide over 90 degrees and hitting the wall - giving you an instantaneous speed boost. 'Practically' the same thing here.

@@Michael-DolencesI think the issue is that this is much less random. You can consistently do this bug every run easily, like a free uberbug. It would break practically every map that has a car switch in it, so I can see why they removed it. That said, I think they should’ve waited until the end of the season to patch the bug and kept this the record for the season.

Nah the bug was fixed during the campaign, imagine just not being able to go for that record anymore. Maybe if the bug was fixed after the campaign they would've kept the record.

Imagine getting a legit wr run but some guy uses a bug to beat it and then the bug gets patched so you can't even attempt to do it
