3:20 allergies are an autoimmune response. The more inflamed your body is, the more autoimmune response you generate. Going on a meat only. Diet is known as an elimination diet because you get rid of anything you could possibly have an inflammatory response to. So go on a red meat diet and you will quickly see everything in your health. Because just like an automobile, you're now running on the appropriate fuel. If you put bad gas in a car you get bad results. If you put the right fuel for the vehicle, you get the right response. I lost 0.5 lb. Per day and got rid of all of my aches and pains. No more knee pain back pain any of that. Most people's allergies go away as well because they're only having a histamine response because their body is constantly in a state of inflammation. So every marker of your health will improve. You will feel 19 years old again. And the boners happen every time the wind blows, just like when you were 19

Allegra works good for me, but it's a little pricey. And I use Bausch and Lomb eye drops. I might give those a try though. Thanks

Thank you for your videos. Yes, please, do a video about the Winix air purifier repairs. I just bought one about 3 weeks ago and was preparing to return it as it had a horrible smell and made me have immediate, intense allergy symptoms. Felt horrible! I decided to try running it outside on the patio during the daytime for about a total of 36 hours to hopefully dissipate whatever was smelling so bad and it worked! I love it now and am saving for another one. Is it normal for the filters to off gas this badly when they’re new as I’m assuming that was the issue?

Gotta see if I can find this stuff on my next international trip. For now I've got one of those industrial sized bottles of generic Benadryl. When it gets bad enough I don't care if it'll make me groggy, I'll take anything. I've also been using a Neti pot for years. First time before I used it I was thinking "this is crazy I'm going to drown myself and die" but once the water is body temperature it really isn't unpleasant in any way. Helps to flush out the dust, pollen, mucus and anything else that's up in there. I use it first chance I get after being in an airplane too. Just don't do it right before bed, as stuff might still be gradually draining out. And don't use tap water unless you have boiled it before hand. Really cut down on my need for pills, but not entirely. Stay safe all, and hope Spring is more manageable with the tips Mike's giving us.
