Something I've kind of picked up (though to be fair it's not hard in this instance to figure out) when watching anything fake is that people who are saying something fake or make believe, amateur actors if you will, have this strange habit of almost whisper-talking. It's not quite a whisper, but not quite a normal speaking voice, it exists somewhere in between. You can see a lot of it from multiple people in the clips you show lol
