I left Smash, but founded the Empire Gaming Esports team. I was looking for a custom controller vendor to create custom controllers for us so we, as a non-profit, could put something out there for the community. I inquired to her at a major if she could do it, but she said that we can talk business via online. After searching many avenues of contact, the only sure fire way I could see was to pay a $5 fee for me to even send her a message. That is a disgusting way to do business. I'm so happy I left this game and took my money somewhere else. Fuck the Smash community and all of it's degenerate egotistical assholes.

Her scam is to keep the Buyer on the hook for at least 3 years, so the statute of limitations is up. After that she can basically keep the money and just keep stringing the Buyer along until they finally give up!! And she's never gonna give refunds, because that money is Long Gone!!!! Also notice how time is not a problem to build more controllers, as long as it's putting new money in her pocket!!! They used to call this kind of scam, a pyramid scheme!!! It was awesome of this guy to make this video, but it wouldn't surprise me, if stupid people don't make him out to be the villain somehow. I don't think she scammed people on purpose, just that she got in way over her head and is terrible at managing her time and money. By doing so, she dug herself a hole that she can't get out of, finding every kind of petty excuse why orders are delayed and in turn why she's ghosting people. It seems she doesn't want to give up her lascivious lifestyle either, so she's never going to refund orders, simply because she doesn't have the money. Not sure why Supernova is turning a blind eye to this and allowed her to sell merchandise? Is it because she's a woman? Or because all of the sob stories she told about her mental health? Or simply because they don't care and allow scammers to operate within their halls? In any case, she needs to grow up, sit down, and get through her backlog of orders. Lots of people work 8+ hours a day and don't have the luxury to go on month-long vacations to Korea, while they also have to deal with mental / emotional / physical and / or financial struggles. Why should she be exempt from it?
