@@Artem_Minecraft_Maps Even that changes nothing about the situation. Under EU law, a company MUST announce any changes made to a TOS or EULA. They should have send everyone an email or made another public announcement about it, so everyone was aware. Doesn't matter if it's an update or a snapshot, it's something that gets people talking so the subject changes. Many companies release something or make an announcement on the same day as for example EULA changes. That is just illegal in Europe though.

Could be. But honestly, a company that big won't accidentally make a mistake like that. They have SO many lawyers and other legal advisors in their company (talking about Microsoft), and they won't let something like this just slip accidentally. Having a monopoly is illegal in the US as well. Recently Google lost a case for being "monopolistic", which they are now appealing. Around late 1990's to early 2000's the US government sued Microsoft for being a monopoly, which the government lost on appeal (it would probably go differently today - but I don't want to write an essay in the comments section).

For example, if you are in the EU, you can use non-Apple app stores on Apple devices, but you are limited to the app store in the rest of the world.

And also the Bedrock have in game currency
