@@KnarbMakes this is how it starts! The addiction of kitbashing and crafting with Orks is potent! Before you know it you'll be on your 5th Gargant! No need to involve a 3d printer either 😉 Before investing too much into GW, I would suggest looking into One Page Rules . It's a MUCH better system that is FREE to download. Wyloch has batreps on his YT channel, definitely give them a watch!

Well that is a truly novel way (to me at least) of building a warhammer vehicle and came out amazingly well. Even better is that I already seem to have all the tools and materials needed to make such a thing. Except for the random metal bits, but that's something to look out for! Excellent inspiration! Drink can's were always a good source of ork vehicles, you can roll the edges to stop them being sharp and you get some great metal to fill in a frame, you can then add glue melted sprue weld lines. Had an old book for armour modellers that had some great idea's for this stuff.

as blacksmith and metal worker you should be really reallt carefull when heating up galvanized stuff ther are some ver very bad fumes that can come of it 392 F Zinc toxicity can occur when an individual is exposed to and breathes the heated yellowish fumes produced from welding or heating galvanized steel. For hot-dipped galvanized steel the recommended maximum temperature is 392 F (200 C), before the metal presents a toxicity risk. 600°- 650°F (316°- 343°C) is a good place to start for lead-based solder and 650°- 700°F (343°- 371°C) for lead-free solder. You want the tip hot enough to melt the solder efficiency, but excess heat can damage components as the heat travels along the leads, and it will reduce the lifespan of the soldering tip.
