I’m sure you have Dan but have you considered leasing the tractor units and trailers you need for now. Then you could implement them seeing how they fit in with plant movements as well as the ag movements. Plus r and m covered by the lease company. You have a tyre fitter so no need to worry on that side. Just get some magnetic door cards for the branding. Not ideal but a re start If you get me.

Literally just began working in construction and soil drilling and stuff like that. The info you provide Daniel is very useful, I am going to start for myself one day in this field. Oh yeah and can you make a vid about what stages Asheville goes through to start construction on a sight? your talk on property developers was so true. if there is a house needing renovations up for sale and a local builder/contractor like yourself hasnt picked it up you know there is an issue. Builders/contractors can renovate between paid jobs and can do it at a much lower rate across the board.

Awesome video again, good job to the edit crew. I’ve spent a bit of time transporting machines to and from job sites so just a tip for the roll on flat bed. It might be worth bolting an old truck tyre flat against the head board. It’s a bit more forgiving on the panels on the machines if they load on and get too close. No matter how careful you are it’s only a matter of time until a machine gets bumped into it, and the busier you get the sooner it’ll happen.

Many new developments look very similar.. someone walking into a development are not stupid just because it looks nice does not mean it is nice.. even the big developers make big mistakes… like a recent development that is going to be demolished because of structural issues….

you want to learn how to use vlookup in excel. You have a sheet with all your resources and costs. Then in your calculator sheet, you have a dropdown box where you select the resource type and it will cross reference back to your price list - which means you only have to manage one price list
