THIS IS WHY WE GO ON FAMILY VACATIONS

Family vacations take time to plan, energy and stress to prepare for, as well as lots of effort and money. So why do we go on family vacations? Why spend the money or take the time off work or go through the effort to put together a trip somewhere together as a family? Growing up my parents too us on a lot of vacations, including Hawaii multiple times as a family. This wasn't easy for them but they did it because they believed it served a higher purpose than just seeing exotic places and getting some R&R. I credit our family's closeness to this day to our family vacations and I hope that our trip to Hawaii and other vacations are doing the same thing for our kids and our relationships and our family. We love to travel and we love spending the time together with no distractions. So here's to many more family vacations to come!
