One of my favorite parts of running marathons is all the fun experiences before the actual run. We train so hard for so many long blocks and those few days before is always a good way to decompress and enjoy what each city/trip has to offer

Welcome to my country! I was just flying through Los Angeles on my way home from my second race - the Ku-Ikahi Half Marathon in Honolulu and we saw the Hollywood sign just before landing! I'm running my 3rd race in June - the Glacier Half Marathon in Montana and SO EXCITED! Good luck in Boston! I lived there from 2009 to 2017.

I live in Michigan and spent my morning trying to convince my 4 kids that a high of 55f/13c is not shorts and T-shirt weather. Every time you say what the temperature is in Thailand my response is always "Oh, no thank you!" I can happily ski or run in -20c, but have zero heat tolerance.😂

I did the same last year and this is bringing back the memories! I drove up the West Coast LA to San Fran with my family and flew across for Boston. Fitted in runs when I could including a nice 10km run to pick up the hire car 😄 Good luck!!

I’m doing the BAA 5K. It’s a fun race, last year the field was so crowded, I think they reduced it this year.
