From a Boston native on my 5th Boston, the best time to hit the expo is mid to late Friday afternoon. Saturday is the most insane time. Best places to buy official Boston gear - Dick’s and Marathon Sports on Boylston, or FanFest at Government Center. Enjoy every moment tomorrow it is truly an amazing experience!!

These dailies build up the momentum towards the marathon videos very nicely!! They are like a cultural tour and I love it. My biggest fear in running a marathon is failing to finish in front of so many people, so these videos are like therapy to deal with that fear. Seeing all this helps me do image training for an actual marathon event.

Guys where are your Adidas Boston Jackets??? The long sleeved ones that are a must have - you need to go back to the Expo today - Sunday - and get them - they are a couple of hundred bucks but they are a must have!! Don't leave Boston without one!!!

So cool to watch these videos. Going through the same emotions as I am running Boston on Monday too 😀. Just a tip for people who might come here in the future: the expo will be far less crowded on Friday afternoon. I picked up my bib at 4:30 pm and there were no queues. Plenty of merch around too. Good luck guys!! Go for it.

Pen 5 of Red Start - Not bad - Did you know the 9 Red Start Pens would have qualified in under about 3 hours 5? Boston has the highst Sub 3 finish percentage of the Big 6 by miles at about 15-20 percent vs 4 to 5 perecent of the other 5
