The J Morgan candy company is by our Historic 25th Street in Ogden Utah. We close down this street on a regular basis to host farmers markets and festivals. All the restaurants are individually owned and are amazing! We are about 40 minutes north of Salt Lake with the mountains as our backyard. Utah is a beautiful place with an incredible food scene in most of our cities. I even have a son that manages a phenomenal sushi restaurant in Park City. We offer everything from beautiful mountains, fantastic canyons and arches to even the desert. By the way I love your videos!

I absolutely love red pepper jelly, which is slightly sweeter than the jelly you tried. One of my favourite hot appetizers to make is brie cheese, red pepper jelly, and puff pastry. You take one sheet of puff pastry, and in the centre you spread about 1/2 Cup of the red pepper jelly. Take round brie cheese, and place it on top of the red pepper jelly. Fold the puff pastry over the cheese and jelly so that the pastry completely envelopes the jelly/brie. Flip it over so that the folded pastry is on the bottom, and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 400°F until the puff pastry is light golden brown. Serve hot with crackers or cubed sour dough bread. It’s so good and so easy!! 🤤. 🍎🍺

Laughed so hard when Alex said mushroom gravy to put on biscuits!!! If you have sausage for breakfast, the grease left in the pan is mixed with flour...cooked for several minutes and then you slowly add milk or cream to and continue cooking until it is thickened. Stir it and add the cooked and crumbled sausage back into it!! The South would be proud to have you try it!!

u can get snyders in the UK...american sections of big supermarkets usually. i like the jalapeno flavour. i made my own jalapeno jelly once, had so many chilli's that i had nothing to do with so i whipped up a batch...so tasty.

I know I'm months behind but when I seen you make the grits I just couldn't stop myself from saying something, grits are made with water not milk, lots of butter, salt and pepper ( I personally like lots of pepper ) cheese or no cheese both ways are good. Oh the biscuits and gravy, it's sausage mixed into white pepper gravy. Anyway I love your videos, found them not long ago and watch as much as I can, keep up the good work 😁

Very random but Dobbies (Garden Centre) sell Snyders and they are half the price of other retailers! I find so many amazing snacks in that garden centre haha!

Definitely try shrimp and grits if you get a chance! It's a delicious dish. I especially love it with gouda cheese in the grits. And my family does the cream cheese with pepper jelly quite a bit...raspberry pepper jelly is my favorite...it's amazing!

Dip those spicy chips in creamy ranch or creamy blue cheese! There are loads of different brands and types of pepper jellies/preserves, one of our go to snacks. Put a slab of cream cheese on a dish, pour a jar over and folks can smear it on crackers or whatever. My friend from Alabama calls grits the polenta of the south. She used to make a pot of it for breakfast (not instant), then slice it and fry it to accompany dinner.

Grits are a very southern dish. I'm from KY and I grew up eating them for breakfast, they are so good with loads of butter and salt.

I'm up in Canada so this is only based on my experience. Grits are a Southern dish, I have a memory when I was very small and this Southern waitress saying " Oh honey child, I'll get some grits for you." My parents were like "Okay." I tried a lot of different food as a kid, worse case scenario my parents would eat it. And I ended up loving the grits, they're very close to cream of wheat and the waitress told me to soak it in butter. I actually am able to buy them up here and they're still amazing.
