I remember being a young child in the 1960s, eating Slo pokes, black cows, and sugar babies. Also in the 60s, my grandmother brought home some boxes of snack food: all new products ~ Pizza Whirls, Daisies (popcorn flavor?), Whistles (cheese), and Bugles. Bugles are the only flavor that survives. About that time we got Pop tarts, too.

Hahaha I love how you tried to crack the slow poke! I think I would have done the same! Haha I’ve actually never tried one but I think they are older than 80’s-90’s because if I recall correctly I think my mom liked them as a kid

Slo-Pokes were one of my favorites as a kid and I was born in the 60's so they are definitely an older candy :)

Love the lemon drops and the wild cherry is my absolute favorite!! I don’t mind cinnamon candies we used to have Brachs pic-a-mix with all that stuff in it but they don’t sell it any more! The blackjack gum and clove take me back! There was one other flavor in that group but I can’t remember what it was! Kind of fun and a very different kind of gum! Cinnamon gum is my fav!!
