Lyrics (copypasta from online because I wanted to sing along): Hold my hand And let go of the lie Hold your heart Lost in time And when you're down for the count And you lost all your will to go on On your own I will fall from the sky Wipe the tears from your eyes And remind you you're never alone I am rivers and forests I'm winds and I'm earth I am oceans and mountains A whisper unheard And before you lies everything you'd ever want I am your, your imagination Take this chance And let go of the lie One bright feat One time to shine And when you're down for the count And you lost all your will to survive On your own I will fall from the sky Wipe the tears from your eyes And remind you you're never alone I am rivers and forests I'm winds and I'm earth I am oceans and mountains A whisper unheard And before you lies everything you'd ever want I am your, your imagination I am rivers and forests I'm winds and I'm earth I am oceans and mountains A whisper unheard And before you lies everything you'd ever want I am your, your imagination

Such a terrific track! Beautiful progression and powerful lyrics and of course an amazing, pop-ish, sound! Andrey's voice (who I didn't know before) is also amazing. Oh wow!! This is so beautiful! Wow! What I imagine when I listen to the song... Months of rain have covered the land and everything seem dreadful and dreary. But finally one day the sun broke free from the dark clouds. The villagers emerged from there huts smiling at the rays of sunlight touching their faces. It wasn't long before children ran around playing and singing. Days passed and it was clear spring has arrived. Green grass stood tall small flower started to bloom. The small village got more lively and preparation went underway for the spring festival. On the day of the festival children in bright clothes ran trough the village gifting every person they met a flower. Even the grumpy of grumpiest person could not hide his smile as he watch the joy the children have. The day went on and people celebrated. When night fell everyone in the village gathered around the fire in the center. They bowed their heads thanking their gods for the gift of a new season. The villagers looked to the sky and saw the stars dancing as their gods heard their prayers. With happy and hopeful hearts the people went to bed knowing it will be a blessed year.

I feel like what this song is trying to convey is the EARTH is our imagination. The Earth is full of rivers, oceans, forests, and mountains. These places inspire us to create, protect, and explore but most of all it makes us want to discover new things. Yet before we can discover we must imagine. An Imagination is the essence of discovery.

Like many of us on the internet, I've known about TSFH for some time from your viral songs years ago, but my goodness - TSFH continuing to make phenomenal works of art this entire time is just astounding. I've been listening to it all for years now, and it never gets old or stale. I especially really like the last years worth of music with Humanity, stuff like Little Star have just the perfect amount of feeling and tone in them to move you. I really enjoy music. A lot. But there just isn't anything else like TSFH work, and I am very very happy to see more and more. From literally anyone that has ears: don't ever stop.

No... you listen to it and judge it by how it sounds, that is terribly non objective. All of their pieces are made with a very basic chord progression, no counterpoint, no form, basic modulations, basic orchestration, basic harmonisation etc, you can say it is your favorite composer/style but you can't say that these guys are the "Beethoven and Bach of our generation" it is absolutely nonsense :)

I am usually by no means a fan of pop or non-worship lyrical music. However, after listening to this song for the first time, I think I'll make an exception. The melody is beautiful, Audrey's singing is heavenly, and the lyrics themselves are a wonderful break from the materialistic music we hear on the radio every day. Instead of hearing about money, sex, and unreal romance, I hear about something we all so deeply desire: companionship. Even if it is temporarily between ourselves, our imaginations, and nature. From a Catholic perspective, these three things are each God's creation, and I find it a good reminder of the harmony that is designed to exist between Creator and created. Masterfully composed and sung. Well done. (Also, that key change was a surprise to be sure, but it was absolutely a welcome one.)
@petersenior54323 жыл бұрын
look for what you want, and you'll see it. Listen for what you want, you'll hear it. There're plenty of amazing lyrical songs that are about simple, realistic companionship. But I have to agree, this is a great song.

Someone else heard this too! Very happy to read this! For me, GOD was not mentioned 1 time in this song, but I can't hear it any other way than the one who created everything (including our imaginations) giving a calming unity and comfort and saying "I've have you, even when you didn't know you needed it." I am reminded of the poem about the 2 sets of footprints in the sand, except in this version, there are foot prints and skid marks. When asking God what the skid marks were, he said "That is when I dragged you".
