Brown has to work with a broken organization and team. We're asking too much for him to beat these teams coming from being the QB coach. Kevin Warren messed up not getting Harbaugh. He needs to invite "Pete Carroll" or “Jon Gruden” to Chicago. Show ‘em the city and have’ em over for dinner. Then present a blank check. Ryan Poles needs to focus on making sure a lot of the off season is focused on better offensive line players and a RB that can actually run between the tackles and actually break tackles. Swift is fast but always gets tackled by the first defender. Keep the WRs... chemistry is important. They need a speedster though. Obviously, they need a pass rusher opposite side of "Sweat."

Let's all be honest here it's always been penalties! Both sides of the ball are undisciplined. Jumping offsides when it's apparent snap counts and blocking downfield, ineligible or motion. These are all coachable and fixable but destroy drives and takes away the opportunity to win each and every game. 1 play turns into 10 then its every other play. Momentum and fundamentals is what's lost, then confidence and success follows

Yes, the refs do have too much control in the NFL. If they would use the instant replay to get the calls right instead making it into a time-out threatening concept, perhaps they would be better at their job. The technology is there. They just need to use it correctly. Too many weak calls in every NFL game to ignore this problem.
