Ya and it just gets worse and worse. Now guys are reaching out that have seen this and the machinist that he had make the scales was out money also. One guy is still getting pressure from a couple of the mods in the fb groups to stop talking about it. Honestly the guys that cover up for him and are doing this stuff are just as bad. They allowed him to take advantage of people

@@ScotchNThings hate to hear it too because the knife community is a relatively small world when you start talking hundreds and thousands of dollars. The hinderer may take me a little while to come up with the money so if you need to sell it you have my permission, had some unexpected stuff pop up and don’t want you to have to sit on it too long.

The problem with the fb groups is the guys who actually screw people over get preferential treatment from mods if they do work for them. But those of us average people who do deals constantly have an issue with a customer who’s impossible to please and we automatically have a bad wrap. I’m going through it with a guy over a AAA battery that he didn’t even know I had until I told him well after the sale. The guy reviewed the extra battery, but acted like I agreed him on the wrong deal when he got a like new flashlight at under half price 🤦🏻‍♂️. I’ve really slowed down dealing with people online after that. Kind of leaves a bad taste in your mouth after hundreds of smooth deals on midtechs and cnc semi customs.

Ya I’ve seen it over and over how these types work. They’ll do deals with mods and known members so they get a good wrap and then screw over the next guy

There was a time when gun smiths and knife makers had ten year lists. I personally imagined that was a place to be. Just the phone calls and inquiries alone would drive me nuts. That’s that I liked my model better. I never took custom orders. I never took pre orders. I made the crap and when someone bought it I shipped it.

Ya it’s really a sat situation. It’s happened before and will ha again just the way it goes. But man the more I find out the sadder the situation is. That moderators allowed this to happen and silence people that spoke up and are still pushing people to be quiet is sad. They are just as bad as

Ya he’s really a piece of work. But honestly he would have been run out of the community long ago but the mods kept promoting him. They knew what he was doing but would sweep it under the rug or ban members for speaking up.

He just ripped off me and a bunch of my friends on Ti ASK scales. Took our money and stopped a answering messages after months. Same excuses at the beginning with “next week” and “it’s coming”. Dudes a crook!

Yes he is. And the saddest part was all the mods in the Medford group let him take advantage of members because he was sending their knives back to them. But anytime someone would speak up about him they’d get silenced

Oh shit!! I just posted about this guy on IG!! He’s a straight con artist! He never had Ti ASK scales, the 50 sets he says he has is a lie. He never paid the Machinist who made the scales, he only ever had a demo set that he used on that IG page

The guy selling pre-owned medfords is Rod-0 gibbo business is legendary cpm. I bought a s90v slim midi on secondary from a friend with a killer bee Motif on the scales done by ayesir industries. He retired from modding so he says

Which is wierd, because ALL the Certified Medford dealers and some of the people from actual Medford knife and tool are friends with him on IG. Personally I’m not wondering if there’s ALOT more to this story.
