I am fascinated by Tom Meyers and his incredible energy in presenting this information. It is so wonderfully informative that I had to include this in my Ayurveda Yoga Teacher Training. Thank you so much for these incredible videos. I have made the fourth edition of the Anatomy Trains book a requirement for the training as it is so powerful. Chapter 6, Chapter 11 and p.209 - 217 have me floored. Can not thank you enough.

Tom Myers explains the 4 Pillars of East Asian Medicine without talking about East Asian Medicine. This is such a fantastic explanation. Thanks ***** and Tom Myers. All your videos are great, really great stuff going on here, looking forward to taking some training in the future.

Hey Naudi, Can you make a Video about how to deadlift? I know it isn't the most effective exercise, since it isn't 3-d movment, but I love it and really want to know the best way to deadlift. Maybe you could also show some alternatives. Great work, keep going.

You’re understanding of the anatomy of the eye is incorrect. The spindles supporting the lens cannot be visualized from the front. They are in behind the iris.

Do you think that people would be immortal if they could keep their fascia elastic their whole life?

I only disagree with statement about aging - we age only because we eat a lot of junk, don't hydrate, and don't move enough. And pick up a lot of conditioning beliefs along the way. Of course no one wants to live in the same body forever really. we want different experiences, that is why we die. There is no other reason for aging and dying. Not really
