Try berberine (make sure it's strong yellow color). There have been multiple studies showing head to head tests comparing it to metformin. Berberine beats metformin EVERY time. I take that and gymnema 20-30 minutes before each meal. Crazy how they've helped!

A great way to ensure your Berries don't spoil in the refrig. - soak them in a water/vinegar solution and it will preserve them for weeks. Get a large bowl or pot and use 5 cups of water to one-quarter cup of white vinegar. Soak the Berries for 10 minutes then drain. DO NOT RINSE. Let them air dry by placing them on paper towels. When fully dry put them back in their container and into the fridge. They will last up to 3 weeks. Good for ALL Berries - Strawberries, Raspberries, Black & Blue Berries.

What does it do the berries chemically? I highly doubt that their nutritionally value is not impacted.
@nriqueog2 жыл бұрын
@@gloriamacias2180 It's just a diluted vinegar wash, it doesn't harm the berries one bit. But it does kill most if not all the bacteria on the outside of the berries skin that causes most of the rotting problem.

The Organic Olive oil is cheaper than the Italian olive oil because the Italian is actually better quality. The Italian olive oil is single origin source as opposed to the Organic Olive oil, which is a blend of a variety of olive sources. I get the Italian olive oil because it is better quality than the organic one. Another thing is that Italian olives rarely have pesticides or chemical fertilizers so there's no real difference between organic and EVOO. Which is why the single source is best. ☺️
@illiniwood2 жыл бұрын
California has very strict laws that regulate California olive oil. If you purchase olive oil that has been grown and processed in California, you're assured to get 100% genuine olive oil. Olive oil imported from Italy can often get sketchy.
@missjddrage1111 Жыл бұрын
But is it good for diabetics?
@yw227410 ай бұрын
Thanks for the explanation. I was wondering that myself. And if California is the origin, the organic label especially in California olives, wines, fruits, tree nuts is meaningless bc there is so much overspray from non organic fields. And I believe not sure but I think there is no restriction for distance of an organic field to a non organic field. I believe that only look at what’s happening in the organic field not in the neighborhood of the organic field. I’ll prepare for the onslaught of people correcting me. The sardines at COSTCO have olive oil (which in another video you suggest sardines in water as better than oil) so to compensate, I add the COSTCO ones in oil to a salad, then don't use salad dressing. I also pick up the madras packets plus the cauliflower rice packets and keep at work as my emergency lunch for when I forget my lunch or don't have time to eat anything that has to be prepped. I mix them together. Yum.

He was much stricter on staying away from the seed oils so for him to say "they demonize the seed oils," it was Thomas that set the tone for that info. Just pointing that out. He's a wealth of knowledge, cites references, and has a right to change his opinion as nutrition evolves. Keep in mind though that those seed oils (Soybean, canola, rapeseed, sunflower, etc) are processed with the solvent Hexane.
