Thomas DeLauer would you please make a video explaining how much Magnesium oxide, magnesium glycinate, and magnesium threonate can be ingested daily. Based on size, weight, and level of exercise and diet..Is this a serious threat to your health long term combining the three or should an individual stick to one, and how often? Side note, I take (1) 400g mag oxide that includes zinc and some vitamin D3 in the morning prior to my exercises -then 400g mag glycinate prior to my exercise later in the afternoon, followed by a 2,000 mg mag threonate in the evening soon after my cardio, just before my sleep. Which has been only recently, but it’s definitely something worth having reviewed for anyone who is doing something similar or thinking about combining them with their regiment.

I got my gallbladder removed by the end of january of this year and man my gut is messed up can barely taste food and enjoy it , that's a common problem after gallbladder removal apparently that's not really mentioned ,I learned so much hopefully it helps me. Thank you Thomas, ! Wish me luck!

Venus M wow I had mine removed in 2008 and I can taste food just fine but a lot of food messes with my digestive system. I’m either constipate or the extreme opposite. Also losing weight is hard even with fasting.
@AmericaM914 жыл бұрын
@@Tabaitha_Elle Girl it was worst right after the surgery, when i stared eating again let's say my regular foods I noticed i developed sensitivity to dairy but it went away , and I couldn't eat citrusy fruits because my tongue would burn and get swollen i got so scared I wasn't told any of this and had to do my little research, luckily that went away too, now I have to heal my gut. There are so many things that they don't tell you after gallbladder removal but every body reacts different.
@AmericaM914 жыл бұрын
My Diet has to change and I found out that you can start taking some supplements that can help you digest your food better, I can't tell you witch ones exactly you can look it up ,it can be helpful if you haven't tried it yet, I would like to start fasting as well , I hope it works for me and helps. And as for weight lost I tried something after I had my twin daughters 7 years ago and it does work, well it did for me, how ever is not very pleasant to drink because of the taste but you get use to it, I mixed the ingredients with hot water and every day in the very morning it should be the first thing you drink and at night the last thing you drink as well. You can drink it as long as you want or until you reach you goals if it works for you, after a while I was just drinking at night because of the weight I have had already lost , if you would like try it.... 1 table spoon of apple cider vinegar 1 table spoon of lime or lemon juice 1\2 tea spoon of ground ginger 1\2 tea spoon of ground cinnamon And add honey for taste. Good like if you try it! 😊

Just yesterday, I read a study that showed how ketones promote gut healing via stem cell regeneration. This is now the second study published in 2020 showing this. A colleague of mine and I now speculate that an alternating diet that circles between keto, intermittent fasting, and a high fiber diet is likely the most effective for healing the gut. Potentially even in people with IBS or IBD. I could go much more in detail here but I leave it for now :D

My only question is, If I fast a 16:8 plan everyday forever, this won't have any negative effects on my body right? Just for the record, I'm 6'6", 20 years old and weigh around 100kgs(205-ish pounds) Please let me know if this is a good option for me. Love you and your channel.

@martinroseburg13954 жыл бұрын
The video is yet another very educational vid, and somewhat entertaining as well. That way people get in touch with stuff that really counts in life, unlike the unnverving stuff in some media outlets these days. Personally my opinion is, that besides the fasting stuff its vital to not overdo it with anything. And with sugar its so easy to overeat, cause its basically everywhere. However, when there is just a little sweetener now and then, I feel its okay for a healthy body to cope with it. (we're all humans, as Thomas mentioned in earlier videos) Those studies are often conducted with mice or even people, that get pretty large amounts of sweeteners, sometimes mixtures of several. I remember that human study with those 7 people had a huge amount of aspartame involved, though sadly I cannot recall the precise location of that study. In Europe there is a so called "ADI" measurement, that articulates max. amounts of certain sweeteners per kg. Those are results of several older and newer, year long studies made by the EU, EFSA and the DGE - "german society of nutrition") It takes a bit of the "fear factor" out of the equation, so to speak.

How many hours not eating is considered fasting?
@chrisp82594 жыл бұрын
Digestion takes 8-12 hours, so anything over 12 hours is technically fasting. Most people try to eat within an 8 hour window, meaning you're in a fasted state for four hours
