I watched infinity war and end game with my friends in highschool when it released but had never seen any other marvel movies (except iron man 1 and 2 when I was a young kid bc iron man was always my favorite, and the Toby Maguire spider man) I’m currently watching all marvel movies and just finished Thor Ragnarok. What an amazing series this whole marvel run was on. Never knew so many movies had crossovers with other characters besides the avengers. Hulk & Thor, Iron man and spider man, then of course civil war was so amazing. Up next is infinity war & End Game which I haven’t seen since release day and when I did see them I didn’t know anything about any storyline all I remember is Thanos won then they went back and time and he lost lol. Cannot wait. Gonna be amazing

I'm so glad I had no idea going in. Y'all missed out, seriously. It was mind-blowing, since it's totally hidden in the movie until his reveal...It was definitely written and meant to be a surprise in the movie, resulting in an amazing reveal for me. I am really angry, because the amazing experience was robbed from everyone else. Definitely angrier because I know exactly what everyone missed. I don't watch trailers until after I see the movies, now. Don't even get me started on the Arrival trailer showing what the aliens looked like right away. I'm seething just remembering it, ugh.

Even after literally rewatching this movie almost a thousand times, I still love it!!! Taika Waititi gave a gust of fresh air to Thor's personality and heroism and added some much needed humor and comedy to the God of Thunder, as well as the rich sibling dynamic with his brother Loki. I'm also captivated by Valkyrie, Korg, Bruce Banner/Hulk, Grandmaster, and even Hela, they all kept me very entertained throughout the movie... Seriously, the most fun of all of the Marvel films, visually stunning like a Jack Kirby moving buffet, Ragnarok even had time to include a brilliant and hysterical buddy pic (with Chirs Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston, and Mark Ruffalo) we never even knew we needed. Add to the magic Cate Blanchett, Jeff Goldblum, Tessa Thompson, Idris Elba, Karl Urban, and Anthony Hopkins (and more), and you can easily say Director Taika Waititi made the third one (of the Thor franchise) the charm.
