I love that they are solidifying the fact that Thor has finally not only gained his father's full power the "right way". He has essentially surpassed him and these stories are going to prove it and show it. I wonder how far away that Marvel versus DC crossover is because in that crossover Thor is supposedly stronger than Superman and this would definitely make sense of that.

@@kyleking8833 yep I'm familiar with that. Supposedly in that crossover where Thor is stronger than Superman in the near future Thor is also corrupted by a new power or new couple of powers. So this makes sense. Also think about it like this if Thor's vision comes true and he dies by Thanos like in that vision where he had an Infinity Mjunior and the death infinity Stone. The reason why an all-powerful Thor might attack his friends is because he's going to get resurrected right after being killed by that weaponized Thanos since we seen him control the dead with the new black Infinity Stone. 🤓

@@darrendyson8347 wonder woman scales above dc Odin and thor as well as all of asgard in her base. Thor is on date losing to wonder woman. Currently superman is also amped up. He's literally a white star or blue star version of his base above all concepts. This is what I mean by biased. If thor was weaker I'm base vs base, then he isn't beating the current Superman who is amped up beyond belief in his base. Superman has counters to his own weaknesses now and can by his will absorb powers that scale above the Odin force. Crisis energy from the source, monitors and perpetua can be absorbed by Superman. Superman also Currently easily instantly absorbed god genesis energy from kryptonite meaning even from sources he shouldn't instantly rob from he can. Superman currently can energy absorb energy absorbers. Do I really have to keep going?

Man I need like a buddy cop style comic storyline with Thor and Hulk. With Hulk battling the mother of monsters right now and Thor battling...well whatever this is, I'd love to see a story with them. Loki is canonically gender fluid and Everytime Al Ewing has written Loki he leans heavily into that fact. Al Ewing is also a huge LGBT advocate (being Bi himself). So Ewing and Martin Coccolo made Loki look androgynous to reflect their gender fluidity.

In the Myths Utgard Loki exists, But not Utgard Thor. Anyway since it's a very ancient name not many know want it means. Some went by context believe Utgard Loki is a title that translate to Master Loki/ Trickster Loki of illusions and people believe the regular Loki was named after him since He was also an Master of illusions.

I hate that Al Ewing is using the "immortal" as a part of his Thor run. But, the story, it's arc, it's using a villain that's not Thanos, Dr. Doom or ANYTHING Donny Cates is great. To be honest, Ewing will write better follow-up to Thor than Cates could ever do to follow-up the Immortal Hulk.

I'm in two directions here - this sh!t is well written for Thor. Him basically re-writing the hammer is Odin level powers done well but I'm not a fan of tossing away his Cates drip it was a nice change that suited his ascension. At the same time I get it, he wants to be seen as his own version of Thor and not in Cates shadow and bringing Thor back to be more in line with what he was...I'd prefer if he did that with Loki's weird a$$, dude just went into a weird arc with the whole beyonders thing and more. Would be crazy if OG Loki somehow went full circle as well. I'm wondering if the new enemies are basically some form of Titan since they are enemies of the Gods. This looks pretty good so far and hopefully he doesn't pull a Jason Aaron and butcher the lore.
