There's something about 1080p 60 fps nd that just kills it for me. I can see all the cuts and the props and the timed choreography. I think there's something to be said for NOT being able to see every little detail. It really kills the immersion and reminds me I'm watching actors.

I like to imagine the Avengers had such an effect on Thor that he goes from being super stoic to a giant goofball because of their influence. Alfred Price It's all made up to please the public that likes the "fantasy" genre, I don't remeber seeing any mideval style fights with swords and shield in the comics back in the day....Thor, Odin, Loki and such were gods and so were depicted as simply staying in Asgaard as a magical city in another dimension, I don't remeber even seeing any kind of army they had. This is basically made up by american screenwriters roughly mixing together the idea that since Odin was a god of the Vikings then he has to live in a Viking-like world of swords, helmets and shields.
