Frieza didn't kill the Saiyajins out of fear, he was ordered by Beerus to kill the Saiyajins because they were too full of their pride, and Beerus didn't like that. I mean, Golden Age versions are literally not even the same characters as the Silver Age versions, which goes back to the introduction of Earth 2 in the early 60's. Even if we are talking about Golden Age material, I haven't read a ton of it, but some, and I'm not sure what you would point to that indicates WW as clearly more powerful. By the time Supes starts actually flying, I would be surprised if she were consistently portrayed that way.

When Thor first threw his hammer at Vegeta, Vegeta gave him a warning not to do it again or he will attack him. And when Thor didn’t listen, Vegeta attacked him. Not Odin’s eyes, Mjolnir’s eyes are what is proven worthy, as Odin himself could not lift the hammer with the worthiness enchantment, and Odin likely believes himself to be worthier than anyone else.

There's not really much more TO be known about it given how simplistic it is. It was only used three times in the manga so far within pretty close times of one another, and it lost all three times. (Granolah, Gas, and Black Frieza.) No official multipliers have been given for it, UI and its variants, and so on either.
