I thought it was a good trade-off. Remember women in comics are mostly just there for eye candy. They don't get the super cool plots of having their guts ripped out or being tortured in hell for a century. Male chars get all the cool ultra cool powers and messed up the most. There's no way to make the fight fair unless bypass that and take that dynamic into account. If you don't then a woman will always, ALWAYS lose to their male counterpart just because of how women are usually written for sex appeal and sales. Thor, Superman, and Batman even are written with the best storylines and that's just what sales the most in the comic book industry. Classic Thor beats pretty much everybody but that Thor has been retconned since the 90's. In short I thought it was a good fight and it's nice to see WW be given her due otherwise why even watch these v/s battle if the guy wins all the time because of some twinky godmode thing. Why have girls fight guys at all if they're built not to win?

Generally I'd say they should be somewhat evenly matched. However, Thor was trained first hand by his fellow gods and has a few thousand years of battle experience. Add to that Thor has at least two to three times the physical mass, is much taller, has a longer reach and can even match her speed and agility. With two opponents of nearly identical skill levels always bet on the big guy. My guess is that Thor was holding back whereas Wonder Woman was in it to kick some ass since I'm sure she's smart enough not to hold back against a big brute of a man like Thor.

Also lol Superman and the justice league do not transcend space and time that’s just ridiculous this would mean they can be as fast as they want to be at any time and are not limited by space or time, meaning they would never struggle in any battle as they would be as fast as they want to be. The only one even near that level of speed is flash who at his fastest moved at an inconceivably small amount of time beating even instantaneous teleportation but even this Flash required all the kinetic energy from two planets and their inhabitants. Also breaking a godscepter does not mean anything due to the face that it’s durability is immeasurable and for all we know could’ve been broken by other similarly strengthed being and even believing this feat to be multi universe would be a masssive outlier due to wonder women never showing this kind of power often without an amp. If memory serves there actually is a Thor in the DC universe. A lot closer to his actual mythological figure than the Marvel one - redhead rather than blonde, bearded, rides a chariot with two goats etc. Don't know if he actually fought Diana, but he did came in a tie with DC Hercules, which is no mean feat. Thor would smash her, albeit not easily but he would prevail. For those who think WW lineage to Zeus gives her an edge just remember that Thor is technically Zeus’ uncle (2 levels above Zeus)! Do your research, Thor’s Mother (Gaea) is an ELDER god. She and Uranus, sired Kronos, the father of Zeus, making Thor (who’s 100% god, not 1/2 god like WW) already MUCH more powerful than WW. Thor’s physical strength level is FARRRRRR beyond WW. He also has MUCH more battle EXP than WW, literally 1,000s of years. WW may have a really sharp sword and unbreakable gauntlets & lasso, but neither of those are anywhere near the level of Mjolnir. Mjolnir has too many powers and abilities for WW to handle. She might be worthy but it’s not like she can just “take it from Thor”. He & the hammer are one, even if she got her hands on it she doesn’t know how to use it effectively and Thor could just will it back to him. The hammer adds even more powers to the Asgardian god of Strength (physically strongest of his race), War, & Thunder! The fact that WW is vulnerable to piercing weapons (if she wasn’t she wouldn’t block things as weak as bullets with her bracelets) already tells us that Thor outclasses her. Even low level Asgardians are completely bulletproof, often walking directly into incoming high powered gun fire. The ONLY thing WW somewhat matches Thor is in her fighting/Melee abilities. But this isn’t just a simple sword vs hammer fight. That “hammer” happens to be able to (in Thor’s hands) kill immortals, manipulate energy & matter at the subatomic level, create nearly impenetrable forcefields, project planet shattering energy & mystic blasts, control/create all types of weather effects (even raining fire) on a planetary level, negate magic, absorb energy & magic, open wormholes, create the Anti-Force, dent Adamantium, be controlled mentally, create & break illusions, augment existing abilities, and the list goes on & on... Don’t forget that All of these abilities get ADDED on top of the incredible abilities, EXP and physiology of Thor. WW would put up a great fight, def fun to watch but in the end she’s just outclassed in almost EVERY area, especially where it really counts. Winner would be THOR ODINSON.
