I love using the Coregeous ball to improve thoracic mobility! Many of us are chest breathers or belly breathers, and have difficulty breathing into our lateral and posterior ribs!
Your rib cage needs to be able to move 360 degrees! Lack of posterior rib mobility can lead to back pain, constipation, neck pain, bloating, prolapse, incontinence and more.
