I have a thoracic sprain & man do these look painful to me right now. Am i a good candidate for these exercises? Because I want to strengthen my back so I won't have to always be dependent on my back brace.

It is actually a great sign if you have cracks in your back. Means you are doing right.

The cracks you here are from cavitation occuring in the spine from the movement. Doesn't necessarily mean your doing it right or wrong, as long as the cracks aren't giving you any painful symptoms they aren't a concern.

I have a herniated dis at T7 and I have a plate in my neck at C4 C5 I have so much pain in my shoulder blade can you help me please
