Could a weak abdominals lead to more back extention? I have a really weak abs (dont know weach muscle exactlly) and i struggle with my hyperextension!

Can you make a video about kyphosis and rounded upper back? Because every time I try to get my upper back straight, my low back compensates and creates an excessive curve. And every time I exhale and put ribs down my upper back and neck rounds too much forward:/

Same here! I’m pretty sure it’s because my spine is twisted search almost impossible to do it for both

Great explanation! Would you suggest any literature ,where I can learn more of these information?

Thanks Boban. Honestly the only people that teach this is the Postural Restoration Institute. They do offer their introductory seminars online (not for free, obviously).

Great video thanks Neal! Just wondered if you had any experience of a posterior pelvic tilt linked to the left aic pattern? Tension in some of my abdominals is keeping me stuck I think, would be good to hear your opinion - thanks! Olly
@NealHallinan3 жыл бұрын
Perhaps the abdominals are being "tensed" as the pelvis and ribcage move away from each other. I'm not sure I've ever come across anyone in a true posterior pelvic tilt.

@@NealHallinan hi Neal thanks for your interesting reply - I've always been tall and thin with a flat back so maybe tried to force an anterior tilt to get some curvature into the lumbar spine... I'll keep persevering with the exercise and hope the left hip pain eases up , have a good weekend :)

@@NealHallinan hi Neal just to follow up out of curiosity is there any definite muscle groups that lead to the anterior pelvic tilt rather than posterior? Like how the right diaphragm consistently causes the L AIC is there anything similar for the anterior tilt? Sorry if this is already in your pec videos and thanks in advance

Can you demonstrate some of the breathing techniques?I feel as though I am stuck in extension and I feel this would really help me.

All exercises utilize the same breathing. pritrainer.com/pri-left-aic-right-bc-beginner-example-program/
