Thorpe Park - UK Theme Park! NEW Black Mirror Maze (Inside) + Intense Coasters, Rides & Food!

Thorpe Park May 2021 opening day of the brand new Black Mirror Labyrinth attraction with a look INSIDE the Labyrinth! We attended the Merlin Annual Passholder preview and I share the fun experience with you as well as a fun day at Thorpe Park riding favorites like Nemesis: Inferno, Stealth, The Walking Dead Coaster, Saw and also Storm in a Teacup and lunch at Infinity in The Dome! It was a very COLD, wet, windy and rainy day, so Thorpe Park enacted their Island Guarantee rainy day ticket policy but we somehow got to do almost everything we wanted to do and still had an amazing time! We also stayed in the Shark Cabins and I"ll give you a full tour of that experience as well as us getting to ride Swarn and Darren Brown's Ghost Train on the first day but that will be a seperate video coming out soon! One of the many things I like about you and Sam, your honesty. Slammer does not look like a ride I would've liked either. But I must say, keeping it to add to the scenery of the queue for the labyrinth was a great move on the park's behalf. A nice touch for the spooky, overgrown, and abandoned vibe. Makes me think I'm watching an old Adam the Woo adventure You took Storm in a Teacup to a whole new meaning

Just to say how my wife and I have watched and enjoyed your enthusiasm for all that you video. Since lock down, due to my wife illness she has not been out, and finds great comfort in watching. So pleased that you are in UK. We both miss flying from England to Florida as we used to go to Disney every year. I'm from Cleveland in the US. I went to Cedar Point in mid-May over here once and it was snowing! Haha. Almost reminds me of Cedar Point too. Similar rides and weather closures at a weird time of year.

The weather in the UK has been a disaster this year. It’s May, but if you didn’t know you’d think it was November. I can’t bring myself to go outside for extended periods of time right now, so you look incredibly brave tackling those theme parks in the wind and rain. Glad you’re having fun regardless though.

Nemesis Inferno is one of my favourites - I just wish it had a section where it referenced the "Inferno" with a section blowing hot air / steam at you... Maybe they'd turn it off for the 2 1/2 weeks of summer where it'd be too much, but the rest of the time it'd be so nice!

The only sort of dark ride is Darren Brown’s Ghost Train which I’ll show more of in the next vid but sadly they don’t have any traditional dark rides at this particular park.

Stealth is actually 0-80 in under 2 seconds. That sign only says 2.7 seconds because thats how fast it launched on the opening year of the coaster. Because the coaster kept rolling back, they made the acceleration faster and they didnt change the sign because the difference was so small.

May this year has been the wettest ever in many parts of the UK, and temperatures 3-4 Celsius degrees colder than average. Big contrast to last year which was the sunniest ever and mostly over 21C/70F. Still things are looking up.

I purchased a Merlin annual pass that covers over 30 different theme parks and attractions here in the UK back in 2020. I used it a ton in 2020 in my UK travel vlogs and I’m using it again now! It’s already paid for itself ten times over, it even included one of the castles I visited in 2020! Merlin owns so many attractions here!
