I realize Silver Spoons was Ricky Schroeder’s show, but I can imagine Alfonso Ribeiro might have been thinking, “Hello? I was on Broadway? Unlike this guy I can actually SING???”

That MOONLIGHTING episode was based on Shakespeare's Taming of The Shrew, and our HS English teacher required us to watch it as we were reading several Shakespeare plays at the time. That episode was a video Cliff notes!!

thank you. seeing rudy lip-syncing margie's part was a tough act to follow. but seeing soleil as first season punky (and henry off to the side) held up, at least for me.

I seriously hope you do a video on the TV series "FAME". That show not only opened the door for a lot of teen based shows but it also had a lot of talent that branched out into other things as well. If not for something like 'Fame', there would be no "Glee" or shows of that type.

1. I love-hate all the Cosby stuff because of what a sick !@#$ he turned out to be and what an ideal dad-role-model he was for me and life and now I CANNOT QUOTE HIM. 2. Nearly every one of these has one of the cast members before, during, or (they tried) after the show were in the music business. 3. All of this......AND NO KNIGHT RIDER??? This needs so much more Hoff!

@@mysocalledgenxlife You may not know there was a soundtrack CD from the Cosby Show released House Full Of Love: Music From The Cosby Show but before you get too excited it featured the Jazz compositions🎷from the show no vocals from any of the cast and no Bobby McFerrin singing the theme song! That can be found on Television's Greatests Hits Vol. 7 Cable Ready! 💽📺🤗👍

Thank you for bringing this Gen Xer back to a cooler, simpler time! The 80's ruled! A couple moments to add to a possible future sequel to this video: The Beach Boys singing on Full House & if memory serves Culture Club was on The A Team. And if you ever do a 70's video about this you have to include The Doobie Brothers on What's Happening

@maximusprime34596 ай бұрын
I watched Silver Spoons recently it doesnt really hold up...its clearly the supporting cast that carried that show. Ricky Schroeder was mediocre. He clearly can't sing and there are multiple episodes where he steps on other people's lines and mouths everyone else's dialogue. Once you see it, you can't unsee it😅😂

I loved Silver Spoons...the first few season were the best especially as a kid, but when he got older it got less fun..maybe because i got older and wasnt watching as much t.v. until t.g.i.f. and was watching shows with a different perspective
