Just when I thought I had seen it all, this happen!! The manufacturer for this house is R-Anell Homes. The model for this home is the "Hillcrest." Now, this is a winner! An entryway where you don't walk right into the house, separations of the main living areas, good size bedrooms, a large laundry room, and a fantastic master suite! Agree! I would actually flip the dining Room and kitchen and make kitchen A little smaller to gain space for the dining room. I like my Sunday family dinners.

That's you and that's fine, but for me I love a second sink in the kitchen. I like my large sink to wash pots and my small sink to wash veggies and fruits. Also convenient when 2 people are in the kitchen food prepping.

Love this home! If this home was available in our area, this would be it! (Looking to buy a modular home for 2021 to put on our property). -Some people really like the small sinks in the island for food prep...especially fresh foods. It helps when you have someone working on cleaning dishes in the other sink. Great for those hubbies that come into the kitchen (while spouse is cooking) and needs to wash their hands 😂😉 -I wish there was a pantry however, I think the amount of cupboards would help alleviate storage issues. 😊 -The windows makes the home feel warm and cozy. Natural light is wonderful! -Upstairs could be a large game rom (pool tab and a bar) and still have room for a spare room and powder room. 💕 Thank you for the great tour Chance! 👍🏻

That house is huge! It’s got to be right at 3000 square feet living area. I love it has 2 living spaces. This house would be great for people that have older children, a space for the kids, and space for the grownups lol 😉

House has a great flow. I like how you can walk around any point in the house to get where you want to go. Master bath is unique, I do not see that often with essentially two separate bathrooms (his and hers I guess?) I would definitely add a bath and another bedroom in the upstairs and maybe a game room/hobby room or another large bedroom. Lots of space.

I love the floor plan! I like that there is the ability to walk a full circle in the house. Older homes did that with the seperation of kitchen and living rooms. Don't need the full upstairs but storage is always a possibility. thank you Chance it is a sweet home.

A great house, beautiful floorplan. The living room windows are fantastic. Two master bathrooms is a pretty cool feature. I also love the arched doorways and the separate foyer. Not having an open floorplan is a VERY welcome change from other houses we've seen lately, fantastic to walk in the front door and not see the kitchen!

This is a great home, with many possibilities on that second floor. I would add a fireplace to the living room and change out the kitchen cabinets. I could easily live in this home, on a 2-acre wooded lot.

I live the layout of this home. It is huge! I also really love the archways, it has an open concept yet feels like each room is its own private space. I'm not sure on the decor or the lack of a fireplace/placement of fireplace, but I guess those could be changed. Take care Chance and family. X

Chance, wow! This house is really nice, I love the floor plan, I’m hoping this is the one with the finished upstairs because I’ve been waiting forever. The rounded archways are really nice. Holy cow ! That master is amazing, the bathroom setup is a little like the one I have, split design. Really works well. I could live in this house for sure. Of all the homes you’ve shown this is the number one choice. I really would have liked to see this with the upstairs finished, there’s so many possibilities up there for a couple of bedrooms a play room an office and another bath

Oh wow! I love the arches and the layout is my favorite. This house is a classic and it will age well. Also that is truly master suite! I could see me hosting all the family functions in this house. That prep sink would make it super easy to handle serving up a large holiday meal. I also like that the kitchen is in the center. It's definitely designed for those that enjoy entertaining.

Wow! Amazing home. It's just astounding how far they've come with mobile/modular homes. I remember the ones from the 60's, had the furniture (wasn't the best) and shag carpet. So small nothing but a bed would fit in the bedroom. Lol. My aunt and uncle had a single wide starting out. Back when they were just called "trailors". They got a double wide when they came out. More room and they had two kids!

Hi Chance! 😃👀 I'm lost for words. This house has everything that I want and need. It's practical! It has everything that I have asked for and some, wow!!! ⭐👍🌟🌠⚡ As you enter inside the house, it has the coat closet on the left, Boom! The kitchen separate from living room and the dining room area, Boom! Then, there is a Den room, Boom! Afterwards, as you walk towards the guest room and around, a Drop Zone beside the guest room, Boom! As you walk around the maze, around the corner you find the master bedroom, and it's Huge! Wow! I love the master bathroom that separates with the walk-in Closet in between, what a concept. Definitely, this is the house! And then you the bonus Attic that can be either for an office, a craft room, a pool room, a Ping Pong table, a storage room for your seasonal clothes, the list is endless. Sign me up. Too bad I'm in Florida ☀️🏖️🏝️ 🥺
