This was my first Jandy Nelson and, at first, the writing style through me off; however, I came to enjoy it. I did enjoy reading Noah's POV more but I still had a blast reading the entire thing. Also, all the art talk made me want to jump back into painting.

I'm almost 200 pages in and I've adored Noah since right away and I just want him to be okay omg I love this book but you're right, the emotions are sure as hell a roller coaster

I think my favorite thing about this book is hearing how different people connected to Noah and Jude and why, because I feel like it happens sometimes that one character is more likable than the other. But not in this book. I personally relate to Noah A LOT, but I have other friends who found Noah to be the less relatable of the two. It makes the book a fun one to discuss.

I read this in July and I absolutely fell in love with it, the writing, the characters, everything. I finished it and cried for a solid 10 minutes, my emotions were everywhere and this is definitely one of my favorite books I've read this year.

I love this book, I read it last year and would love to enjoy it again soon. I immediately gravitated toward the story just being a twin...they were twins yet so opposite in ways which I totally related to. And I absolutely love thw cover and the title and what it relates to, just so sweet!

I absolutely adored this story. The writing was a little different than I was used to but it didn't take me long at all to adjust and fall in love with everything this story offered.

I just read this during a flight this summer, it was absolutely fantastic! I didn't connect at all to Jude though, I was constantly annoyed by her and didn't really grow to like her until the end of the book when things finally made sense.

I loved this book, and while I didn't hate either character, for some reason I found I enjoyed Noah's povs and character more

Unfortunately I was really disappointed by I'll Give You The Sun. There were just certain aspects to the story that really annoyed me but I did really love the writing style. I'm thinking about rereading it soon because I feel that the hype really killed it for me the first time.

I just DNFed The Sky is Everywhere by Jandy Nelson but I'm still really curious to read this book. I've heard people really enjoyed this book but not her first one which gives me hope. I don't think I've ever heard anybody mention magical realism when it comes to this book so I'm even more curious now.

I saw your goodreads updates and it made me so sad! I didn't view the story as a love triangle at all, and loved how it handled grief. This one still handles topics that people may view as black and white, and shows the grey area, which I love about her writing. I hope you like this one more :)

Yeah, I didn't up feeling like it was a love triangle once I started reading so I wish they had figured out a better way to summarize the book on the back. I just didn't end up connecting to the characters and then we got to the breakup and I feel that I've read some many hetero couple breakups and I knew exactly how it would end. I did really like the exploration of grief so I'm glad to heard that theme is in this book as well.
