We may have been out there that day, the flotilla was huge. We bagged up 5 quarts of jumbo shrimp, and then put enough in the Livewell to go fishing. by the way, I love buffalo shrimp too.

Steamed in beer and Old Bay . You gotta try it at least once. All it takes is one can of beer , half a can if the pot is small . I didn't know Old Bay made a liquid sauce . I've been using the powered kind all my life for crabs and shrimp . Steam them crabs in beer and Old Bay too .😋

Many yarn ago I use to do the Old Shand's Bridge for my shrimp, spent hours out there using my puss n boots cat food, blue clay and barnacle's for bate, lanterns for light, Had lots of fun and most of the time came home with a wash tub full of shrimp.

I have lived in Florida almost 40 years.Been shrimping don't know how many times I went shrimping. In the Intercoastal waterway in Daytona beach Summer time It was cast netting and the fall and the winter was Lights and dip nets, There are three kinds of shrimp White( the largest) Pink( a firmer form of meat) and brownies. Which is further south near mosquito lagoon. Brownies are the best of the three. Because of the Tantic acid in the water. Make then sweeter then the other two. That my age 68. I sure miss shrimping and fishing on the beach.

Oh Man, I bet there are quite a few "incidents" with that many people that close together throwing nets!! I bet you could film a different kind of video! Shrimp Wars and Crystal could film it as "Prawn Dawn"! I love some fried shrimp! I have tried almost every way of frying them and my favorite (as of now) Salt, pepper, lemon pepper and New Orleans Fish Fry Breading. No flour or egg, just a really light coating of that New Orleans and a really quick fry. I do love House Autry too tho especially for hush puppies!!
